FOR BUSINESS / UBP

Consolidating import orders from multiple suppliers

Consolidation can reduce the number of shipments, but it connects supplier timing, warehouse handling, packaging and documents. Any saving must be compared with processing cost, waiting time and the risk of delaying the whole lot.

Discuss your request
01

Put every order on one readiness calendar

For each supplier, record the ready date, packages, weight, volume, marks, documents and contact. Define the final waiting date and what happens to a late line.

02

Design the warehouse handling

Agree delivery instructions, carton identification, photos, count, short storage, repacking, palletisation and the final packing list. Screen special goods before they are sent to the facility.

03

Compare the complete scenarios

Include origin delivery, receiving, storage, handling, packing, international transport and delay exposure. Consolidation works only when product, route, documents and timing are compatible.
